Bart King is back on the show. He’s the prolific author who has churned out such books as The Big Book of Girl Stuff, The Big Book of Spy Stuff, The Big Book Of Gross Stuff and most recently, The Big Book Of Superheroes. But this time Bart has gone in a different direction, writing his first novel. It’s called The Drake Equation.
Actress Charlotte Stewart is best known for playing the beloved schoolteacher, Miss Beadle on Little House on the Prairie and as Betty Briggs on Twin Peaks. She has just released her memoirs entitled Little House in the Hollywood Hills: A Bad Girl’s Guide to Becoming Miss Beadle, Mary X, and Me.
Stuart Nulman is in with another edition of Book Banter. This week’s reviewed book is Toni Tennille: A Memoir written by Toni Tennille, (Taylor Trade, $25). You can also read Stuart’s reviews in The Montreal Times.
This week’s opening slate is presented by Kristy Zhang, an anatomy & cell biology student at McGill University who also dabbles in media & communications..
