Former NHL hockey player Doug Smith was the youngest player to have ever been drafted by the Los Angeles Kings. Over his career he experienced many injuries and fought back from being a quadriplegic to walking and building organizations. Today he’s an author and international speaker. His latest book is The Trauma Code.
Sociologist BJ Gallagher, author of many books including A Peacock in the Land of Penguins: A Fable about Creativity and Courage, talks about the social graces of today or the lack thereof.
